I did the part with the perspective scroller and the sprites moving to the music. Still thinks its looks OK to this date. I recall that I wondered a lot about why the scroller was so jagged and how to fix it. The problem was the algorithm where entire lines where shifted, one pixel at the time. A more precise implementation would have been to rerender each letter every frame, but I suppose that there was no time for that.
