This was very fun to watch. Really!
It's how about Pacman ate a power pill and felt around a psychedelic trip or something :)
The effects are blocky 88 (Actually 48 in multicolor I could say..) and there are unfortunatelly some bugs in them. But it's generally fun to watch designwise!
